Security features in Agendrix.
The features at your disposal to help you protect your organization.
Multi-factor authentication
Users have the option of activating multi-factor authentication to further protect their account. This feature verifies the identity of users attempting to sign into their Agendrix account by requiring them to provide a code sent to an email address or generated by an external authentication application to which only they have access.
In addition, administrators have the option of enforcing the use of multi-factor authentication for all members of their organization.
Organizational access control
Administrators can assign a role to each user and set the permissions associated with each role.
By default, new users are assigned the role with the fewest permissions to prevent unauthorized access by omission.
Activity logs
Immutable activity logs enable administrators to monitor the actions of every user within their organization.
Double encryption of sensitive data
Administrators have the option of double-encrypting HR data fields they deem sensitive.
Password rules
To reinforce organizational security, administrators can define the security requirements for the passwords of their users. These requirements may include a minimum password length, the use of uppercase letters, special characters, and numbers, as well as an expiration date.
