Uniprix Giroux-Drouin & Associates is a group of 12 pharmacies in Quebec, employing nearly 400 people. As a growing organization, it is constantly seeking to optimize its processes in order to provide better service and streamline internal management. The transition to Agendrix marked a turning point by centralizing information, particularly employee files, which were previously in paper format. This change has reduced errors and the time spent on administrative tasks, simplified schedule and employee management, and improved communication between teams.
Before / After (time per week)
In their previous software, managers would import a template, print it out, and then manually write down the shifts assigned to each employee.
Managing time-off requests and shift changes was often done via text messages, Messenger, or verbally, leading to forgetfulness and errors. Then, managers had to reprint a new schedule, requiring employees to check it again.
Previously, manually adjusting clock-in hours and aligning schedules was a time-consuming task for managers.
Thanks to templates and resources, positions are pre-assigned and can be quickly modified, eliminating manual writing and errors.
Everything is now centralized: employees submit their requests directly in the app, and managers approve them with a click. Employees can then view their schedule in real time through the app!
Automatic approvals have allowed managers to significantly reduce adjustments. Approving timesheets is now much faster.
