The Grey Rock Quality Hotel is one of Edmundston’s newest hotels. This testimonial highlights the experience of Antoine Labrie, the new General Manager. Keen to facilitate day-to-day scheduling and better meet his team’s work/life balance, Antoine was quick to implement Agendrix after his arrival.

The schedule was created in Excel. Formatting the schedule and leave management were especially laborious. Every week, the employees also had to wait for a paper version to be posted.
To find replacements in case of leave or absence, Antoine would call his employees one by one. This, he could not do from home, as the schedule was only available at the office.
Hard-copy timesheets were filled in and processed by hand before being scanned and sent to the accountant. Many errors expensive and time-consuming errors were made along the way.
The hotel uses recurrences to produce schedules in a matter of minutes in Agendrix. Staff members also always have access to the most up-to-date version of the schedule on their phone.
Agendrix now offers Antoine solutions for managing absences optimally based on the availability of his employees. He can also publish changes from home via the Agendrix web app.
The hotel now uses the Agendrix time and attendance module. Working hours are automatically recorded in the employees’ online timesheets. After verification, the sheets are exported to payroll.
