Each year brings its share of memorable moments, but 2024 truly stood out. This year, Agendrix reached key milestones: we joined The Citation Group, moved into our new dream offices, and were recognized as the best workplace in Canada among companies with less than 100 employees.

Agendrix, Now Part of the International Company The Citation Group

In 2024, Agendrix had the opportunity to join The Citation Group, a UK-based organization with significant influence in the HR space. This event marks a pivotal moment in our history: we’ve now joined forces with a leading international player.

Among many other benefits, this acquisition provides us with unique opportunities, including accelerating our growth beyond Quebec and enhancing our offering with additional HR solutions. This partnership strengthens our position in the global market and will ultimately allow us to extend our impact to even more organizations worldwide.

A Work Environment That Reflects Agendrix Today

The past few years have been marked by significant changes: rapid company growth, team expansion, and the rise of fully remote work. These changes quickly made our former offices inadequate to meet our needs and aspirations.

Which is why, starting in November 2023, we dedicated 9 months to designing our new offices, from developing plans and carefully selecting materials to overseeing construction work.

On September 3, 2024, our team had the pleasure of discovering this brand-new workspace, located in the heart of downtown Sherbrooke. A space that perfectly reflects our vision and inspires innovation and collaboration every day.

In 2024, Agendrix was named the best place to work in Canada twice among companies with less than 100 employees. This award highlights the exceptional quality of our work environment and our commitment to our team.

This achievement didn’t happen by chance. Since 2020, we’ve made employee well-being a true business objective. Our mission has been to build one of the most inspiring corporate cultures in the tech industry.

To support our ambitions for international growth, we’ve expanded our team by welcoming new talent across Canada, including British Columbia and Ontario. These additions highlight our openness to a more global work environment and reinforce our ability to operate effectively on an international scale.

A More Comprehensive Product Than Ever

In 2024, we worked tirelessly to enhance Agendrix’s features, making our solution ever more essential for managers. Here are the major updates that defined the year.

New Features and Key Enhancements

Simplifying Document Management

    • Managers can now request documents from their employees.
    • Integration of electronic signatures.
    • Simplified sharing of documents, policies, and relevant content with the entire team.

A More Comprehensive Scheduling Experience

    • Automatic shift assignment: Optimized automatic shift assignment based on individual employee availability, preferences, and constraints.
    • Training shifts: Easier organization of training sessions with dedicated shifts, complete with documents and tasks.
    • Task integration in shifts: Detailed instructions can now be added directly to work shifts.
    • Open shifts by seniority: Fair distribution of shifts based on employee seniority.

A Revamped Mobile Experience

    • A simpler, more complete, and secure interface.
    • A new optimized dashboard for the employee mobile version.

Monthly Updates, Daily Benefits

June 2024: Electronic Signature

Simplify HR processes with the electronic signature feature integrated into Agendrix. Documents can be signed quickly and securely, directly in the app.

June 2024: Automatic Shift Assignment

Let Agendrix automatically assign open shifts based on the rules and preferences you set. A major time-saver for managers.

September 2024: Employee Document Requests

Managers can now request documents from their employees directly via Agendrix. No more managing through emails or SMSes; everything is done with one click, from the request to system integration.

October 2024: Adding Tasks to Shifts

This new feature allows managers to attach a list of tasks and specific instructions to each shift, providing unmatched clarity for employees.

November 2024: Offering Shifts by Seniority

Managers can post open shifts that will be offered first to the most senior employees, ensuring fair and transparent shift distribution.

December 2024: Shared Documents

Create, modify, and easily share general-interest documents (company policies, training, etc.) with the entire team via shared folders.

Clearly identify training shifts in the schedule and enhance them with specific documents and tasks.

Customer Satisfaction at Its Peak

Here at Agendrix, we measure customer satisfaction each month regarding the service provided by our Customer Success team. This metric, both relevant and valuable, reflects our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.

In 2024, we reached a historic milestone: a satisfaction rate of 98.3%. 🎉 This record showcases the quality of our product and the dedication and expertise of our 8 team members, who handled over 25,000 conversations in total—an impressive average of 5,000 conversations per person.

An Air of Change in Customer Service

One of the major changes this year was the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into our customer service operations.

However, we knew that our clients highly value the human quality of our service. As Martin, Director of Customer Success, emphasizes:

It was crucial for us to integrate artificial intelligence into our operations while maintaining the same quality services we’ve been providing for years.

Thanks to this thoughtful approach, AI has enhanced our operations without compromising the essence of our support: personalized, efficient, and warm.

This record year for our Customer Success team is the result of collective work and a constant focus on listening to our users’ needs. We are incredibly proud of this achievement and remain committed to continuing to innovate to offer even more.

The Agendrix Blog: A Valuable Resource for Our Managers

Launched quietly in 2019, our blog aimed to offer managers more than just an app: practical advice and relevant information to make their daily roles easier.

In 2024, the results were more than encouraging with over 600,000 views across our articles in three languages. These numbers reflect the growing interest in our content and its relevance to our readers. It confirms that we’re meeting the needs of our managers and that the demand for high-quality resources continues to increase.

Data Security: Always a Top Priority

Our clients’ data security is at the core of our concerns, and we’ll continue to implement measures to ensure optimal protection at every step. We’re proud to maintain high-level security standards, as supported by our ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 certifications, which we recently renewed to demonstrate our ongoing commitment.

This year, we also implemented several initiatives to strengthen our security approach. Security Days helped our team enhance their knowledge of best practices, and our new Bug Bounty Program proactively helped us to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.

New, VERY Valuable Benefits

From $300 to $4,000 ⭐

This year, we made an important step in supporting the mental health of our employees by increasing the amount covered by insurance for psychological care from $300 to $4,000 per year. This demonstrates our commitment to always better meet the mental health needs of our employees.

As we’ve often said, there’s more than Agendrix to employee happiness, but we’ll absolutely do our best.

6 Weeks Off

Up until now, our employees were given four weeks of vacation per year, plus three additional holidays and five mobile wellness days. For 2025, we’ve decided to go even further to promote flexibility and well-being.

Now, each employee will be able to enjoy 10 mobile wellness days per year. These paid days off can be used to go on vacation or simply to take a rest day to better balance work and personal life. A great initiative to offer even more flexibility to our teams!

Quality Team Building

Team-building activities are an excellent way to strengthen team cohesion and recognize everyone’s efforts. We firmly believe in the importance of these moments to create a unified and motivated work atmosphere.

In a remote work context, they are even more important: they allow us to reset in person and maintain relationships.

We Care

Since 2019, Agendrix’s Care Committee has been a true source of motivation for our teams, offering them the opportunity to get involved in local causes that matter to them. It’s our way of channeling creativity and collective commitment to give back and contribute positively to our local community.

In 2024, we:

  • Donated books to a disadvantaged school in Sherbrooke
  • Participated in a Saturday event at La Chaudronnée, where we cooked for those in need
  • Created small bags of useful items for homeless individuals and distributed them to resources for these communities
  • Took part in the Course des Millepattes race fundraiser
  • Participated in the distribution of the Rock-Guertin Foundation’s Baskets of Hope
  • Held a non-perishable food collection for Christmas, in collaboration with Moisson-Estrie

What’s Next for 2025

2024 was marked by major changes and continuous growth, but that was just the beginning. In 2025, we’re determined to continue our international expansion, enhance our offerings, and better support our team and clients. With an increasingly flexible work environment, innovative initiatives in employee well-being, and a constant focus on improving our products and services, we look forward to the challenges ahead and to continuing to grow together.
