We’re 5 partners and long-time friends who have been building Agendrix since 2014.
Back then, it was a challenge for us to win over just one new customer per week. In addition to our respective workloads, we each dedicated ourselves to round-the-clock customer support, covering weekdays, evenings, and weekends alike. Our conference room doubled as a lunch room, and people often asked us in jest whether Agendrix was a school project.
Ten years on, Agendrix is going from strength to strength. We are deeply grateful to each one of you for choosing our product and providing us with vital feedback and ideas to help make this one of the best shift scheduling software for small businesses around the world.
We are filled with pride to have built a world-class product and company. From the outset, we always believed that Agendrix not only has the potential to lead in Quebec, but also to emerge as the top player across Canada—and eventually around the world.
Today, we are thrilled to announce that we are closer than ever to achieving our goals by joining The Citation Group.

Established in 1995, The Citation Group is an international company with over 2,000 employees and 120,000 customers worldwide. Specializing in HR software, it focuses on occupational health and safety, training, and compliance and caters primarily to small and medium-sized front-line businesses much like Agendrix.
By making Agendrix the official time and attendance solution for all its customers, The Citation Group is both enhancing its HR offering and meeting its expansion objectives across Canada. These objectives turn out to be perfectly in line with our own growth plan.
By joining forces in this manner, we will gain access to a wealth of new resources and benefit from Citation’s extensive expertise. This collaboration will empower us to enhance our products and services, drive innovation, and expand into new customer markets, especially in the UK, New Zealand, and Australia.

We are all highly motivated as we embrace these new challenges. It’s worth noting that our entire management team will remain intact, and that all employee positions in Quebec and Canada will be retained. This means that the same dedicated individuals you trust will continue to serve you every day. Additionally, new positions will be created in Quebec and Canada to support Agendrix’s expansion.
We will continue to build upon the foundational elements that have driven our success from the outset: providing exceptional and responsive customer service. Furthermore, we remain committed to improving our product to ensure that it is increasingly comprehensive, intuitive, and user-friendly.
