Founded in 1987, this Opto-Réseau clinic now employs some twenty people, including several optometrists and opticians. Maxence Lenclud, himself an optician, is also responsible for managing the team’s schedules and timesheets.

The schedules were created manually in Excel.
Employee availabilities were kept in separate files; Maxence had to juggle several sheets to assign work shifts.
The schedule was printed and then posted in the clinic, so employees had to note their work hours or take a photo of the schedule to access it.

Employees can log on to Agendrix at any time from a computer or the mobile app to access the most up-to-date version of their schedule.
Employees record their hours into Agendrix; the software cross-checks them against the schedule and notifies Maxence of any discrepancies.
